Class sponsorship
We raise funds to fully sponsor classrooms at Title I elementary schools, making sure every student can choose and keep a book during their Scholastic Book Fair.
Book donation drives
We collect new and gently used books to stock classroom shelves and school libraries, giving teachers and students lasting access to stories beyond the fair.
Building a culture of reading
We organize student-led projects, volunteer events, and community partnerships to promote literacy and ensure that reading is celebrated as a joy, not a privilege.

We believe every child deserves their own story.
The Giving Shelf was created to share the joy of reading with students in our community who may not otherwise have access to books. Through fundraising, book fair sponsorships, and donation drives, we work to put books into the hands—and hearts—of children who need them most.
